The teams were picked, but they did not announce them? What is going on? What are we; 5 year old children, why the secrecy?
My personal opinion:
Ø The teams are still not selected and that day by day they are picking the players.
Ø Last years series was a success due to the talk trashing before the series ever started.
Ø They are treating this series as a pick up game. Soon they will say I traded this guy for this guy and so on, just like going to a pick up game and being selected.

The series has started!!!
The outcome for the first game gave a lot of hope for the new season (if any?).
The game was of high pace with lots of goals being scored.
The goalies were solid to their (actual) positions.
The players sweated, gave their best not to lose, tested their physical endurance. They were running all around the ring seeking the ball, fighting on the boards to win the ball from the opponent.
All this took place at the ring of Sport-Plex in Laval!
Seriously, what more can a fan ask for!
Let it be known though that a HIGH participation from the team, up to and including 7 (yes, seven) players, showed up.
What an outcome!
Maybe the team should have not kept the names a secret!
Maybe if the players knew their opponents, bash talking would have occurred, and they would have shown up to defend their ego, honour or what ever!
